The subsidiaries companies: National Steel Company (NASCO) and Arab Steel Company (ASCO) are its UP-Stream companies – produce 2 Million Tons of Billets, Direct Reduction Iron Company (DIRC) is capable to produce 1.4 Million Tons of DRI by using natural gas, Al-Faisal Steel Company (FSPC) a Down-Stream Company produces 600,000 Tons of value added products like Epoxy Coated Rebars, Cut & Bend, Wire-Mesh, Cold Drawn Wire, Galvanized Wire, PC Strand.
